Dr. Sasidhar Reddy currently works as a senior consultant and takes care of patients who need liver transplantation surgery and other operations related to the Liver and Pancreas. He has over 13 years of experience in these types of complex surgeries.

He has personally performed more than 600 liver transplantation operations, where a new liver is put in place of the diseased one. After finishing his basic medical degree, he received special training in general surgery. Then he did an additional course to learn about gastrointestinal and liver transplantation surgeries from a reputed hospital in Delhi called Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

Due to his vast experience over the years, leadership qualities and focus on research, Dr. Reddy is very well-qualified to head major transplant departments in India.

Working at this centre I have participated in and performed over 150 Deceased Donor and 200 Living Donor Liver Transplants and other various Hepatobiliary surgeries.
